Autumn is a mother of all girls and a wife to a U.S. Marine. She currently resides in Hawai'i. Originally from Ohio, Autumn grew up playing sports and constantly being outdoors. She has a wide range of hobbies and things she enjoys. After her third baby girl, she decided to become an Independent Team Beachbody Coach and fell in love with people and helping them get a start on their fitness journey. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication and Autumn isn't where she wants to be yet but is getting there, slowly but surely. As a busy mom, it can be hard to balance life but she is doing the best she can in the only way she knows how, trusting Jesus. Through Him, she is finding a joy, love and passion for others she never knew existed.
